No, this is only part of the experience (albeit a delicious one)! We are also storytellers. Our tours combine natural and cultural history, architectural commentary, local culture and culinary insight into a unique experience. Here on the northshore of Lake Superior, aka Gitchee Gami (as per the Anishinabek language) the land and people are full of rich stories. Our tours are designed to celebrate local distinctiveness, and to provide opportunities to invite guests to connect meaningfully with this place – the water, the land, and local people.
There will be surprises – whether you are a local, visiting family, or an international traveller.
Imagine walking through the city eating our local artisans’ most delicious foods, or hiking in nearby trails in the beautiful Boreal forest, while learning some of the natural and cultural history from real locals who deeply love this place.
